Guest Review : Great Spot

Booked originally for 4 night at the start of our trip. As our flight was arriving after 10pm I emailed to organize an airport transfer. We landed and there was our driver ready and waiting for us. its a quick drive from the airport (outside of rush hour) Check-in was quick and easy, we were shown our room.

The room was spacious and very clean, the bed was comfy. There is a make-up service and fresh towels every day. The bathroom was slightly small but not much of an issues for us.

The pool is fantastic, with pool side service all day. We had breakfast and lunch which I can't fault, good verity on the menu. The staff were fantastic. Anything you needed they had no problem helping you. They were always in great spirit.

The onsite spa was fantastic and had an excellent 50% of deal with some massages an hours massage worked out to be €17 (great price)

There is the Lippo Mall about 5 minutes walk from the hotel with music most nights I believe.

We enjoyed our stay we booked back in before our flight home for 2 nights.

Again the check-in was seamless and we were even upgraded to a suite which was fantastic.

Guest Review : Nice Resort for a gettaway

Beautiful staff, pool was nice although they never open the swim up bar which was disappointing as i would say they would benefit from doing so. The resort layout is good well maintained, our room was pretty standard/basic but ok if your out most of the time, they need to sort out the door hinges as our neighbours kept letting the door slam every time! other than that all good :)

Guest Review : At the beach in Bali

his hotel was our favourite.... booked directly on the hotel internet site, payments done - no hassle. Friendly staff. 4 night stay. Our accommodation was up-graded on check-in. Fabulous junior suite. The gardens and the pool area are lovely and very well maintained. Lying by the pool, in tranquil surroundings, makes relaxation easy! Very conveniently situated. Not too far a walk to Lippo Mall and also could be a good stroll down to Discovery Mall and Kuta beachfront. A shuttle from the hotel will take you one way into Kuta Centre - taxis are very reasonable. Lots of restaurants and eating houses in the vicinity of the Risata. Breakfast was included in our rate and was substantial - something for everyone! Definitely would love to go back to Risata if the occasion arises one day.

Guest Review : Good hotel

The hotel is good for the price we paid. The resort seems to be quite old and wouldn't say it's well maintained from outside. The smell in the rooms was not fresh so had to open up all the windows.

The breakfast was very good and the pool is nice and big.
