Beautiful staff, pool was nice although they never open the swim up bar which was disappointing as i would say they would benefit from doing so. The resort layout is good well maintained, our room was pretty standard/basic but ok if your out most of the time, they need to sort out the door hinges as our neighbours kept letting the door slam every time! other than that all good :)

his hotel was our favourite.... booked directly on the hotel internet site, payments done - no hassle. Friendly staff. 4 night stay. Our accommodation was up-graded on check-in. Fabulous junior suite. The gardens and the pool area are lovely and very well maintained. Lying by the pool, in tranquil surroundings, makes relaxation easy! Very conveniently situated. Not too far a walk to Lippo Mall and also could be a good stroll down to Discovery Mall and Kuta beachfront. A shuttle from the hotel will take you one way into Kuta Centre - taxis are very reasonable. Lots of restaurants and eating houses in the vicinity of the Risata. Breakfast was included in our rate and was substantial - something for everyone! Definitely would love to go back to Risata if the occasion arises one day.

Guest Review : Good hotel

The hotel is good for the price we paid. The resort seems to be quite old and wouldn't say it's well maintained from outside. The smell in the rooms was not fresh so had to open up all the windows.

The breakfast was very good and the pool is nice and big.
